Apollo Pharmacy has rolled out ‘myGurukool’ — an innovative Learning Management System (LMS)
to enhance skills and capabilities of employees.
The initiative is a unique training platform for the retail pharmacy business. Further to provide
complete ease of learning, the modules can be accessed ‘Anywhere, Anytime and through Any
Device’ by the employees.
The training modules of ‘myGurukool’ are customized courses, competition dashboard, instant
rewards and certificates etc.
Shobana Kamineni, Executive Vice-Chairperson, Apollo Hospitals Group said "‘myGurukool’ will
encourage the team of 30,000 employees to upgrade their skills".
"Every employee can learn through ‘myGurukool’ at their own pace and convenience" stated P. Jayakumar, CEO, Apollo Pharmacy.
